OUR MISSION

To connect people, businesses, and nonprofits in meaningful ways that strengthen our community, amplify local impact, and create lasting change for those in need.

Who We Are

Community Marketing Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Darrell Doepke (REALTOR®), Steve Woods (Founder, Tech 4 Life), and Jen Miles (Co-Owner, Tech 4 Life) with a shared vision: to connect people who care about the causes that matter most in the Desert Foothills community.

We believe meaningful change happens when businesses, nonprofits, and community members work together. By building strong local relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration, we help strengthen the nonprofits that serve our neighbors every day.

All donations made to Community Marketing Partners are equally distributed among participating nonprofits, allowing support to reach multiple nonprofits making a direct impact in our community.

Our Programs

Community Partners

Started in 2019 by Steve Woods and Jen Miles through Tech 4 Life Computers, Websites & Digital Marketing, Community Partners was created to help local businesses and nonprofits work together for mutual benefit and greater community impact.

Each month, a business is matched with a nonprofit and helps promote them through social media, newsletters, website features, and other outreach. This featured partnership helps raise awareness, build stronger community ties, and create new opportunities for support.

Desert Foothills Volunteers

Steve Woods, a long-time Desert Foothills resident, saw a growing need among local nonprofits: more volunteers were needed to help carry out their missions.

Desert Foothills Volunteers was created to connect community members with opportunities to serve. Through quarterly Get Involved Gatherings, residents can meet nonprofits face-to-face and discover where their time and talents are needed.

This initiative helps turn compassion into action and creates stronger connections between people and purpose.

Community Fest Event

What began as Darrell Doepke’s small 65th birthday celebration grew into something much bigger. The inaugural Community Fest in 2024, welcomed 400+ attendees for a night of celebration and connection.

In 2025, the event grew even more impactful, generating more than $20,000 in donations. All funds raised are equally distributed among participating nonprofits.

Community Fest is a gathering of neighbors, volunteers, nonprofits, and local businesses—coming together to celebrate what makes this community special.
